Is credit card theft a felony?

If you are asking the question "Is credit card theft a folony?" you are probably on thin ice...
I'm no expert but the theft of a credit card in not a felony but using a stolen card is.
The safe bet is to not steal the credit card in the first place.
So, is credit card theft a folony? I belive it's not, you should look it up.
